How does my parcel get to me?
Let me count the ways:
If you are in Cape Town you have two options.
- Local Pick-Up: This service is available to those who are able to collect in Wynberg, Cape Town, between 09:00 and 15:30 on Mondays, Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Fridays by arrangement. Weekend collections are possible if you ask nicely.
- Delivery to your door: We deliver anywhere in South Africa to your door from R100 depending on the size of your gift.
- Contactless Pick-up: We also make use of contactless locker to locker delivery through Pudo for R85. A list of their locker locations can be found here. This service takes between four and seven working days to arrive at the destination.

How do I pay?
With money please. I don’t accept unwanted family members or pets. Here’s how payment works on the website.
Once your cart is full to the brim, and you’re ready to proceed to payment, you can choose to pay via EFT or Snapscan or via Ozow. Should you choose to pay via EFT please note that your order is only confirmed once payment is received and no orders will be on ‘hold’ for more than two days. Should you choose Ozow or Snapscan, you will be directed to their payment window.
